JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Responsible for the accounting department activities;
• Accountable for the full spectrum of the accounting department functions and related matters as well as corporate and statutory compliance;
• Process payments and documents such as invoices, vouchers, reimbursement and statements;
• Enters, updates and/or retrieves accounting data from system;
• Determine content and assembles data in order to prepare monthly report for review;
• To ensure record and documents for year-end audit is properly filed;
• interprets and applies instructions and guidelines to resolve work matters;
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
• Any others finance and accounting related job and activities as and when required by the management.

REQUIREMENT:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent;
•  Language(s) required:Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin;
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Applicants with knowledge of GST and Autocount System will be an advantage;
• Ability to understand and apply current accounting guidelines, system updates, revision and policy changes;
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lintas area;
• Full-Time position(s) available.
